What we collect

From visitors to this site: information you submit in our contact form (name, phone, email, message). We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

From customers: account details (name, email), the content of your website and the change requests you make, photos you upload, form submissions ("leads") captured by your website, and usage records (what changed, when, and the associated AI usage costs we bill for).

How we use it

To build, host, and update your website; to deliver lead notifications to you; to generate the content you ask for; to bill accurately; and to respond when you contact us. Change requests and content ideas are processed by AI providers (currently Anthropic) solely to perform the requested work — we do not sell or share your information for advertising, and providers are used under terms that do not permit training on your data.

Leads belong to you

Form submissions captured on your website are your customer data. We store them to display in your inbox and email them to you; we don't use them for any other purpose and we delete them if you leave the service and request deletion.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in to your dashboard and a security (CSRF) cookie on forms. No tracking cookies.

Storage & security

Data is stored on servers we manage in the United States. Credentials are encrypted at rest, connections use TLS, and every change to a customer website is logged with full history and the ability to restore prior versions.

Your choices

You may request a copy or deletion of your data, correct your account details, or close your account at any time. Departing customers receive a complete copy of their website. Contact [email protected].
